Lenders hold the aces as the norm. The assessor rightly points that out and its good to see the disclosure
Regardless of the lenders motives, they have a few shots at this and the drills are fully funded.
Some other positives and potential negatives to speak of which have been disclosed on the thread already. If there are any other considerations, posters please do not hold back.
Its stating the obvious but it will come down down to what is in the ground and if anything there can be made commercial.
