so the director of the company tells everyone that they are going to drill.. second week dec..and i remember reading they are doing last minute rig repairs or upgrades ..so if they have not completed rig repairs or upgrdes we have no rig..envorment issues are approved etc and it is raining overthere by my radar this morning .the rig is heavy as...so whats going on...
