No one knows the result at all. There is absolutely no inside, leak or conspiracy. This is just traders flipping on news. FAR started to run hard about two days before the news hit, so someone had a smell or was a very good guesser. That was when the well was in the oil zone, not before.
PCL has only started its planned drilling. Nothing else and that is regardless of the current price.
