I wouldn't be that surprised to see a spud announcement Friday AM - if all goes smoothly they can have the primary anchors out in 8 to 10 hours and be picking up drill pipe from there on.
Arriving on location on the 18th and spud on the 21st seems very conservative - but perhaps NDO have finally understood that under promising and over delivering is the way to go...
