EXPLORATION UPDATE Spud date for Clarence Moreton well The directors of Red Sky Energy Limited (?Red Sky? or ?the Company?) are pleased to announce further progress on the drilling program for the Clarence Moreton Basin. The first well, Talma #1 within PEL 457, will spud the week of 27th September 2010. The top hole section will be drilled by local contractor, Gricks Drilling. TDC will then mobilise to undertake the coring, which is expected to occur through the last half of October. The second well, Annvale #1 within PEL 479, will follow immediately after Talma #1 and be drilled on the same basis. Spud date is approximately mid October for completion early November. Regulatory approval has now been received for this well. Talma #1 is close to exploration wells drilled by Metgasco and others. Annvale #1 is within 2.5kms of Metgasco?s Casino project. Based on this previous exploration work, both wells are expected to intersect up to 20 metres of gassy Walloon coals.
