    IMO this week will be delay week they surely would not Spud a well under current travel advices and the growing Humanitarian crisis developing in Tunisia.

    I suspect we would have heard something today on the Spud which now looks shaky given the decaying situation in Libya

    I am calling 8 cents by Friday.
