    Looked up Horn Petroleum's web-site[offshoot Africa Oil[AOI] they report that drilling operations continue on the Dharoor Blk in Puntland,& the WELL is expected to SPUD in Jan.2012.

    For those not familiar with story Horn Petroleum is our 60% partner & operator, Range Resources[RRS]20% & Red Emperor 20% and it sounds like it's going to happen soon,---heads will turn!
