re: exciting times coming up for petsec Yes this is one stock that over the last year or more has given the 'value' investor plenty of time to get set in the stock-even though all the facts were on the table after the three successes at West Cameron it took an eternity for the sp to price in these discoveries-it would appear the same scenario is being played out again with Vermilion-eventually when the analysts come back from holidays by mid-Jan the stock will start to get recognised for what it has achieved with Vermilion & now that we've placed shares with some instos they'll also update their forecasts and increase their weighting in this stock.
The market has pushed up both FAR & HZN for the China drilling programs as they'll be the bigger percentage gainers from a successful commercial discovery but just as there was a delayed reaction to HDR's recent successes there'll likewise be a positive reaction in the PSA sp for both Vermilion & China as an sp will always catch up to the fundamentals of the stock eventually so long term holders have nothing to worry about.
All the sp is doing at the moment is giving investors another chance to top-up.
Still a bargain.
