Take your point..although SOL WILL offer SOL shares so one can keep any upside likely down the track.Given your scenario it will be interesting to see the output of this "independent committee". Given SPEL is basically wrapped up in SOL group I have not done the sums to see if another outside bid is likely. I very much doubt it. Could the "independent committee" knock it back and seek a slightly higher price?

Given current market conditions I feel many punters will want to take the cash on offer and reinvest in some of the near 52 week lows in some good stocks we see at the moment and look at upside there.
