I am very confused by this. I have read that also but why would they never release it back into the market. It doesnt make sense to me given at some stage at some price in the future enough mines will come online to supply the excess demand and U price will normalise from what will be a significant pricespike in the coming years. I suspect they will sell it at some stage as the price peaks.
