With Morocco's terms, if PVD find even just the lower end of their estimate, lets say 500 million barrels recoverable, then they will be worth 1-2+ billion dollars easily.
Look at Murphy Oil. There are reports that they are looking to sell their Malaysian fields for 2+ billion. the main field they have is a deepwater field like the Morocco prospect estimated from the below link to hold between 400-700million barrels and it has probably already produced the easy part of the reserve! I can guarentee Morocco is offering better fiscal terms than Malaysia!
