IMO I think we have seen the bottom until drilling starts. the volumes are so low around the low 40's it seems that way. i expect to see at least 70 cents before sputnik day. hopefully we'll see a bit of black gold fever after the cvn news this week much like the nickel fever in 2012 after the SIR discovery which flowed into the likes of RXL et al.
On the **on front, perhaps they are 1) holding out the for the best possible deal whilst maintaing their commitments or 2) presalt may be out of favour given the Brazilians are having so many issues in the Tupi basin but, by no means, do I pretend to be an expert on such matters. onwards and upwards
