the time is now for shareholders to let the BoD that they’re doing an absolute dismal job. They are meant to strive for shareholder value- but they don’t do anything except line their own pockets. Some even bail out completely to avoid any repercussions to their careers.
There could not be one holder who thinks they’ve done or are doing the jobs they’re being paid for- they simply aren’t. I can’t believe the vast majority of shareholders voted in favour of the board these last few years. It’s not like if you upset them they’ll take their bat and ball and go home- send them a message- perform or F off you free loading sheep dags.
