You are either incredibly obtuse or you are purposely not reading/purposely ignoring what I’m actually saying to not answer.
Yes, sometimes deadlines and deals are missed outside of the companies control, but as explained and mentioned to you twice now, what’s occurred here is that management have explicitly lied about goals/deadlines/deals whatever you want to call them and have falsely claim they have been met or about to be met “wait until next quarter” then the 4C rolls around and shows not only were they blatantly lying they weren’t even close to what they said.
EG; “we are close to $5m revenue per quarter” - 2023 - Blatant lie
”CF+ by June 2023 is possible” wasn’t even remotely close or possible - blatant lie
Again, I ask how you find this acceptable? You’ve said you find it acceptable. the are not “whoopsies” or just your average company not meeting a goal, it was very purposeful lies design to mislead shareholders
