I definitely agree with what you are saying and in any normal circumstance it would be the case, but it's not with this mob. 2 years ago we were told by them that they were targetting smaller customers and they were signing "100's of customers each week" and then it went to "We have too many customers, we arent signing anymore" to going to "we arent signing up smaller customers anymore, just targetting big fish" and now its apparently back to targetting the smaller fish?
It's all BS and just smoke and mirrors. They change their strategy when their last strategy fails and then try to dish it up as it not being because of their last failure.
