You have no idea why certain things are and aren't included.
Please read 82Punters post above carefully, as well as every other pseudo-lawyer here.
Law is a very structured field so unless you understand the dynamics like 82Punter, I wouldn't be making these types of calls.
The lawyers consulted to work on this matter know far more than you or I and have deliberated to include the statement your disputing for good reason.
Yourself and mongo don't seem to get that.
