Yeah that’s what I gathered solo, we just get the sound bite though. Be curious to know what they’ve got in the full claim (on both sides).
It seems to me that everything SPX has done is by the book. I doubt they don’t have evidence to back them. I mean, VMC are coming at them! They were just minding their business and getting the job done, there would be no need to make anything up. My biggest concern is that the fat man may be trying to get his sweaty mitts on the asset via a legal technicality. And with all respect to our mate @82Punter these legal types can spin all kinds of nonsense to justify the ends and create results that defy common sense.
That said, I’ll be in the SPX corner all the way and will be trying to get as much of this as I can while it’s at a discount.
