In these days of court cases, boards looking out for themselves and not shareholders, calling trading halts and not allowing the market to show the true price when a major court case is over with, doing a deal with a buyer at a non-informed market price, capital raisings within boards or friends of boards at lower than share price and not giving shareholders a look-in, diluting shares, computers trading, those who can afford to have computers directly connected to the ASX site and have quicker access than the rest of us, drillers or others obviously talking and leaking good news to friends so that when the news actually is officially released the price goes down - giving credence to the saying 'buy on rumour sell on fact' - please tell me how on earth charts are of any relevance at all. These are insights from various shares I hold - not just SPX.
