If SPX could maintain at least a 40% growth quarter on quarter and could keep the costs below $ 5 pq then we could quite quickly achieve break even per quarter:
Revenue pq = $ 500k x (1.4) ^ number of quarters
Based on 500k pq to start with, after 7 quarters SPX would reach $ 5.25m.
Or if anyone would like to work out after how many quarters a certain revenue would be reported:
number of quarters = log ( revenue / 500k ) / log ( 1.4 )
$10m after just 9 quarters.
