Mediation must be scheduled within the next fortnight. spx seems assured enough to have its day in court but vmc may be feeling the pinch with its lack of market action. Whether it wants to see out the court action is unknown. Netheless teir are others targetted by vmc and they, or their backers and su p port, may wish a settlement so they an get onwith their business wihout legals hanging over them. Wonde if they would consider aying vmc to go away. Could be cheaper and less detrimental inthe long run, suiting everyone except spx..
