Far out, private settlement alone is not an admission of quilt , it could also mean to spend a little money to have the pest out of the way. If that was the cost, so be it, after all we know litigation is a solicitors delight, it means a perpetual cash flow for lawyers. Sound business people rather remain focus on what they are doing instead of being distracted by "noise". Now both parties can go back to do what they do best that is exploring for gold.
