I agree Malay.
In the scheme of things $850k Is a very small price to pay to get rid of a deadweight holding your company back from prospering.
This will enable VMC to keep the doors open for a little longer without going to their long suffering shareholders again and again but most importantly it will allow SPX the chance to fly and create wealth for its loyal band of shareholders who have endured this opportunistic cash grab by our neighbours for the last 5 months.
Onwards and upwards from here on and GLTAH
