If you feel that way, why don't you just sell and move on to another company? I for one am still holding. The reality is that the share price is not reflecting the underlying business growth in fines, via ANPR. This is growing at a healthy clip, and from my calcs, will mean that the company will make an accounting profit this year.
The VAT issue is an issue, that should it not go SPZ's way, will be a dampener on earnings, but it will still be profitable.
The technology arm is a slow burn. Too slow for my liking, but I think that the long lead times eventually become a moat (assuming SPZ wins the business), against any other challengers in the future.
