Yep all spot on and past due for some honesty about real estate for the breakfast TV masses.
The only thing I didn't agree with was Kochie still taking a bit of the residual 'Australia is different' line by saying that Americans can just hand in their keys when the house price falls - that is only in about 15 states as I understand it and not in some of the states where there have been massive falls (such as Florida).
