You have to sit up and take notice when the king of mainstream conservatism 'KOCHIE' gets bearish on property. Imagine the dirty looks he's been getting within his elite circle of friends at weekend bbq's, talking down the property market.
I was chatting to a guy on the weekend(yes, tcisboss, some people do socialise on weekends and ask other's question's) said he had relocated his family from the Gold Coast to Melbourne 6 months ago and tried his hand as a real estate sales rep. It didn't last long, he dealt with alot of properties and racked up the listings but said the biggest problem was stubborn vendors, at the first sign of not getting their price it was shuffled through to the property manager for lease. Needless to say he entered the industry at the worst possible time.
