Square acquired APT for free

As the title suggested. Squire could have acquired APT for free.
Squire has 455mil shares on offer. $29b acquisition means $63 per share (29b÷ 455m).

This means if Square rise $63, APT acquisition is free.

The closing price of Square on the day before merger announcement was $247. It rised to $272 on the 1st day. Rise another $38 (15%) will see $310. Cant wait to see the price action tonight of Square.

Pity APT SP hasn't followed SP(conversion by SP of Square x 0.375 x exchange rate). By closing price of us$272, we should see APT $138 today. Instead it stuck at $128 for the whole day, the same price as the otc market price.

It is logical to follow Square SP.
Come on, Square, come on, APT.
