Note: the Independent Solicitor Report of the IPO Prospectus shows that 3 of the 7 Byro East tenements are close to or 100% within the 70km Radius Protection of the Square Kilometre Array and a further 2 tenements are significantly within SKA.
Given that maintenance of Radio Silence is required in and around the SKA is this pretty much a show stopper in terms of them flying AEM and conducting ground EM and on-ground exploration on these tenements?
