I think if we are in friendly negotiations with a cornerstone partie/s are they go and do a deal behind our backs effectively(which we would hear about immediately) with one of our existing main shareholders to scavenge up a sizable number of shares seperate to taking 19.99 percent from us if would pose a raft of questions.

Firstly why? Tight assing? Are the Zari guys going to want to give a discount or help this new company by allowing it to not only circumvent the regular cornerstone path and pick up sizable chunks off market, without even having to bid(and drive the SP up) on market? Dont see how that helps CBs. Wont leave new player in a good light to pick up more stock in a friendly way from management.

If we need to garner capital which is 100 percent of the 19.9 percent and someone tries to go around us and get a small discount by stealthy buying deals with old parteners or sneaking small on market sniper shots while accumaulation but not driving the market price up? What then...?

Trust me management would not be happy. This would be aggresive and not suit managment ends. They will not negotate with someone like this, it would be aggreasive and predatory, would not make sense for the CBs and I very much doubt it is happening, or going to happen.

If a party wanted to take this path to gain 19.9 percent it would be really weird and they would end up paying more for their stake than if they negotiated in good faith as management would fight this approach with an announcemnet to market that predatory accumulation is happening and we would see great excitement and the SP rocket.

I know some people would like this but I have learnt, just because you want something to happen does not make it so

If its being proposed its possible that a predator could try to woo one or both of the CBs to get a foot in the door as a precursory run up to a take over bid, well thats possible. Unlikely, everyone has always said T/O moves pre jorc are ulikely, but in theory possible.

In my mind things like the machinations in Greece and the EU and several other happenings will defiately have a bearing on PEKs ST SP growth so that has my attention.

I keep and eye open for predatory action but think its unlike to involve the whole Zari out deal. Or the new guy in deal a bit later.

So think its good some of you guys are keeping your eyes open, but ATM mo Im more worried about the Greeks.

I reckon the Zari out and then a little later the new guy in is all going to plan, unless i see signs otherwise.

I have asked a couple of mates experienced in these kinds of deals and they reckon all the 19.9 percent will go through to PEKs preferred partener at terms discussed and agreed on. Things happen out of the ordinary but they are highly unusual in these kinds of deals apparently.

Someone not involved in the primary deal could try to snipe CB shares off market, but the CBs would probobly want a premium, or better for them to let this chunk seeker to bid on market.

I think the 2 main Zari guys will hold closer to 19 or 20 mil of the 24 mil new shares. What the several smaller other Zari guys do is of no consiquence, there are surely several posters here with more stock than the minor Zari guys have individually.

I know alarming things happen in the world but will get alarmed when I see evidence of something worth getting alarmed about. Otherwise I will just stay annoyed at the Greeks as my primary distraction. And the womens golf.

    Have good weekend
