We did lose a bundle but sometimes it's better to take a loss and move forward with other opportunities like the ASX stock we purchased recently with a good dividend yield. Re-merger, our view is at best according to information available, BKN directors are asking BKN shareholders to accept some foreign stock in exchange for our BKN shares. We didn't hear anything about cash offer. That's our view based on information available to us. We stand to be corrected but current share prices don't give us much optimism to believe otherwise.
