This isn't 60 days for "deal/no deal", but 60 days exclusivity period for Sigdo Koppers to do the review.

IMHO if they are close to putting an offer, there's a high chance of this period of exclusivity being extended. If it lapses without the deal, the negotiations might still continue next week, but I would expect competitive offer from another party in no time.

Either way, BKN should release the market update e.g. on Monday.
