Listening to the boardroom broadcast i think it is pretty likely now that one or two of those non-core coal deposit disposals (e.g. Wandoan) is imminent.

That would explain why they haven't issued more shares on 26th July as they may have a new source of cash shortly from those proceeds so are trying to avoid the dilution that accessing the ASOF facility leads to.

In the latest financial report they were carrying Wandoan at $800K but hopefully given the not insignificant JORC reserves they can get a better price than that if they sell to one of the neighboring larger cap miners, e.g. Xstrata. (isn't a great time to be selling a thermal coal deposit right now though with the spot price at US$ 85/ton).
