    Why would they do a capital raising at this stage?

    They have $2.5m in the bank and only net spend of $130K last quarter with Warro 4 free carried. These guys concerve there funds well IMHO. Sure they will need to in the near future but not before the success of Warro 4.

    Unless of course it was needed for an acquision.

    If TSV falls below 1.3c I might even top up myself!
