A retired lawyer told me recently that "bankrupts" don't get off the hook so easily nowadays. He also suggested that ASIC is now much more vigilant (a bit late, eh?). Still, if there are a few cents left to distribute, I feel that we shouldn't hesitate to inform ASIC of any worries we might have regarding the allocation of moneys.
