SQZG agreement

It feels as though once the SQZG deal is confirmed, there will be a lot less uncertainty moving forward.

It then comes down to the how likely it is for this LOI to fall through??




They have already done their "detailed analysis". It is 100% confirmed that TON have high grade expandable graphite. There is no denying that. The MD is obviously very delighted with their "long term relationship" with TON and "hope to finalise a definitive agreement soon to formalise the terms of the LOI".

I.e they aren't just going to pull out of the whole agreement. There may be some slight amendments to the LOI, but it seems almost certain that the agreement will go ahead??

It's unlikely they will leave this until the deadline of 30 June, as once they are both happy with the terms, there is no reason waiting around!

So therefore, in the next few weeks, once this agreement is finalised and confirmed, this will be extremely positive to the SP, as a lot of people's 'uncertainty' will have been answered.
