Hi Rat1973, for a listed company the notice of general meeting period is 28 days (s.249HA of the Corps Act).
The notice of meeting for the upcoming AGM on 28 May has already been posted to shareholders and is less than 2 weeks away so the resolutions cannot be changed.
TON can call a General Meeting of shareholders at any time provided 28 days notice is given. The upcoming meeting of shareholders is called the Annual General Meeting which happens only once a year.
