Relative rotation graphs(RRGs) are a TM tool, you're not going to find them in normal charting software.
Market Analyst has lots of insto clients who are hooked up to Bloomberg terminals and look at these kind of sector rotations. Hence why MA offers RRG's as an add on module...
Do you actually use RRG's inside of MA now? The extension costs $50 per month, but you can trial it for free or use the lite version for $10 per month.
