What ever happened to the clause in the contract saying that the lease needed to prove up a net profit for the claim to be valid ?
Remember how we all thought that 8 months ago, expected our gushers to be turned on.
Anyone studied the legalities of this clause and whether it carried to the new lease owners ?
What are AKW doing about this ? Surely they should be the ones defending ?
