1./ At the current FOB price of $94, this means SRK already has an INDICATED inground value of Iron ore worth US$13 BILLION with their 133 million tonnes from Apurimac.

2./ SRK is most likely to upgrade this amount +300 million tonnes by years end worth US$28 BILLION.

3./ Infrustructure costs for a 20mtpa Plant scheduled for 2012 is estimated at US$2.3 BILLION.

4./ Positive Operating Cashflow from Stage 2 in 2012 which is 22mtpa is estimated at US$1.4 BILLION which implies project repayment of less than 2 years.

5./ We have apparantly by FAR the largest land holding of any resource company in Peru of 60,000 hectares of UNTAPPED highly rich resource land in Apurimac concession and a further 8,000 hectares in Cuzco.

6./ Apurimac & Cuzco are more likely to contain somewhere in the vicinity of a minimum 600mil - 1.2bil tonnes of Iron Ore which the more realistic figure being the latter considering the massive amount of untapped land yet to be drilled. This puts the value of a potential minimum of US$56 BILLION - US$112 BILLION inground value at current $94 FOB.

7./ All the above doesn't take into account the East Paulsens Iron Ore & Berau Coal Projects which are scheduled to come online in the next couple years and provide an estimated $100 Million Positive Cashflow.

8./ The world 147th Richest Man (Usmanov) just tipped in $103 Million into SRK at a massive premium to market prices at $2.75 only 4 weeks!!!

All this for a company capped at AUD$200 Million - Can ANYONE show me a company with a similar market cap who has better near term and proven prospects as SRK cause I'd like to see it!!!

NB - SRK hold 51% of the above through AF, MAPSA and D&C hold the other 19%.
