When SRK spun-off AUQ they kept 28750000 ( 35.71% )
These were to be in escrow for 24 months.
I can't remember how it all went down but 16 million were given to SRK shareholders. I think 4 SRK got you one AUQ
Each AUQ worth .25c. Sold my share right away for a nice freebie.
