I am not aware of the special divvy.

I purchase on the announcement at 1.33 not because of hte special divvy (if it exists) but because of hte following:

1. War chest of 300 million
2. No debt
3. Established copper operations in Austraila (low sovereign risk

IN todays depressed market the war chest will:

1. Potentially pay a special divvy
2. buy new assets (advanced)
3. fund further exploration (aggressive)

at 1.80 it is cash back with operations providing upside.

Still good value imo. A special divvy would be a bonus.
