The 0.015 target for wave 3, is that calculated from; 0.009-0.003 = 0.006 = 100% of the wave 1 move. then 0.009+0.006 = 0.015 thus 161.8% target is 0.0187 (0.006x1.618=0.0097)+0.009 = 0.0187.
Does that make any sense?
