Why would you purchase SRN head stock at $0.046 when you can buy the option at $0.032. With the $0.006 exercise price that is an all in price of $0.038 or a 17% discount to what SRN is trading at. If you buy the same amount of options it is the same amount of upside and downside risk, at a much lower entry price, and for a lot lower capital required.
