You make a number excellent points, especially - Does Vlad have the credentials to get us across the line? Will he be willing to give away the control when the time comes. Whilst we have a lot of great opportunities, unless we have the right management team nothing will come from it... the history of this management team unfortunately does not paint a positive picture, but if they can get people with successful track records then anything could happen..
Whilst I am tempted to buy more at these levels, your last point is spot on
