I believe Jason is apart of CPS who is the underwriter for (from what ive read) SRNs funding raises - he may also be investing due to the large holding.

The latest uptake imo looks like there was a shortfall with options placements and CPS /Jason had converted like everyone else recently - triggering the change of substansial holders.

Interestingly Jason/CPS/Sunset disposed of 2mill shares for something like $81k.
But percentage of holding decreased by ~1% as a result from the dilution of the converted options.
This stated on the form - 'on market sell and dilution due to appendix 2a'

There is also a change in substansial holders notice from 21/7/2020 stating Jasons position at that time 6.27% with 39,413,040 shares held.

Based on 13/5/2022 604 form Jason now holds 81,215,028 or 5.14% after further dilution and made 81k worth of sales ( To probably cover part of the option conversion ).

So looking to this day Jason has been allocating enough capital to keep above the 5% threshold during the multiple raises/dilution, as i have not seen any ceasing to be substansial holder forms relating to himself or entitys... yet.
