Going by the official announcment of their holding and payments:



Which means for 83.2 million shares, they paid $1.2 million. Which puts their share average purchase at 0.0147 cents. It could of been them dumping all the way down and still making profit on anything above 1.5. And thats where most of the dumping volume was, above 1.5, so makes sense it was them when they are well known for the pump and dumps as well.

We will find out soon enough when there is an updated top 20, or another substantial notice holding is issued, but bear in mind, they can wait until 4 months before they need to file this, so they could of already dumped everything and still not sent ASX the 604 change of substantial holding, form.
