You can't avoid CGT it is reduced by 25% after 12 months from 50% or the highest tax rate to 25%.
Its up to you what parcel you sell 1st but not paying it can result in paying triple the amount and in some cases jail time.
EFT'ing large amounts to the tax office for CGT isn't nice but if you are then you are doing something right by making money in the first place.
