Actually, on the day the share price spiked up, about 3.95 million shares were traded on NASDAQ. That is about 45% of the total shares outstanding and over 250 times the average daily volume at that time. My guess is that this was a result of PRAN (and its MPAC technology) getting more good exposure in front of the scientific community at the recent AAIC. That exposure may have generated a lot of interest in PRAN from both scientists and business types.
