Im still scratching my head as to how a drug that has so far proven to be safe in trials, that has indicated to be of beneift to patients - with some family representatives writing on this board wanting their family to be back on the medication as they believe they saw improvement- is held up for potential concerns over what happened in dogs over an unknown period of time.

Surely if the drug can help people from horrible symptoms and death now, its better than potential other symptoms that may come on after prolonged exposure later in life when the patient may have already naturally passed - but they would have passed with better quality of life than had they not been medicated.

It's a really strange state of play .... and im with wasa on the reasons for it.
