Hence why it's called a conspiracy......point is.....I don't know either. I, like other holders, am puzzled about this whole scenario. Conspiracy theories can abound with one's imagination and/or insecurities. Is 'someone' running Prana into the ground in preparation for a 'low ball' takeover ? Who really knows what's happening ? The end result is the same however .........never ending delays that are costly in so many ways. I'm not selling any time soon...that's all I know but this endless void is bloody frustrating !!!!
