    Hi all

    Not sure if anyone still reads this board, but after a nice little bump today I thought there may be some viewers

    I read on the SRS board that SRS itself is the second largest unit holder of PXUPA....is this correct?


    Adds more intrigue for me as if they have breached I understand conversion is required and no vote needed - correct?

    But if a vote needed, do they have a blocking %age?
